Participation on a committee of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA) will be a rewarding experience!  Your active involvement in the committee system will add value to your membership and provide you with the opportunity for both personal and professional growth. 

You may get involved on State MMLA committees or involved in your local MMLA chapter/committees.

State MMLA Committees:

• President’s Banquet: To plan the annual dinner including the Installation of Board Members

• Annual Lending Conference: To plan the annual conference. The event includes educational sessions, social gatherings, entertainment and a golf outing.

• Member Education: To assist in planning and promoting the MMLA’s Educational Seminars

• Membership: To promote and develop membership and corporate partnership programs and build affinity programs to enhance membership.

• Marketing & Public Relations: To promote and develop the MMLA website and newsletter and promote the value of the MMLA

• Loan Production - Promote the MMLA benefits to Loan officers and independent mortgage brokers.  Plan and promote annual Sales event.
  
  
• Women's Committee - Celebrate the successes of women in what was once a male dominated industry.  Meet for a discussion group, plan events and service of value to members.

Mid-MMLA Chapter Committees:

• Golf: To plan the annual golf event in the Greater Lansing area 

• Luncheons:  To plan regular membership luncheons with topical speakers

• Social: To plan and promote social events for the Mid Region members

SE MMLA Chapter Committees:

• Golf: To plan the annual golf event in the Greater Detroit area 

• Luncheons: To plan regular membership luncheons with topical speakers

• Social: To plan and promote social events for the SE Region members

West MMLA Chapter Committees:

• Golf: To plan the annual golf event in the Grand Rapids area
