MMLA Corporate Partnership Program"Connect with the Best!"
The MMLA is the exclusive trade group representing the interests of Michigan's mortgage industry and delivering opportunities for mortgage professionals to expand their industry expertise, share best practices and advocate for Michigan's housing community. Our Corporate Partnership Program allows non-lending companies to forge connections with local mortgage professionals and support the advancement of Michigan mortgage professionals and the local real estate community at large.
There are five different package levels from which to choose. Each package offers a slightly different combination of items, including discounted rates for advertising, education, membership and event sponsorships. There is a package available to fit all budgets, but we will work with companies to style a program right for your business needs.
As a Corporate Partner, your contributions go directly to delivering the resources, legislative voice and education MMLA provides to effectively support our local real estate community.
The undersigned applicant hereby applies for membership in MMLA and affirms that the organization or individual accepts the professional standards and will conduct business in conformity with the purposes and canon of ethics of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. The MMLA Board of Governors shall have authority to decide whether an applicant for membership is eligible to be a Member.
Contributions, gifts, or other payments to MMLA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. MMLA estimates that the non-deductible dues portion of your partnership payment is 30%.
Please note: As a member of the MMLA, your name, work address, phone number and email address information may be made available to other members in teh secured area of the MMLA website. Requests for the published MMLA Member List must be made to the MMLA members and a fee may be charged.
