The Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA) is the only Michigan-based association dedicated solely to the housing finance industry. Since its inception, the MMLA has advocated for its members by providing the resources, legislative voice and education needed to effectively support Michigan's larger real estate community.
MMLA membership is open to all individuals in the mortgage lending industry, including:
An Individual Member shall have the right to vote in Association elections of the Board of Governors, serve on committees and serve as the committee chairperson. An employee of a non-lending member shall not be eligible to serve as an officer on the MMLA State Board of Governors but may serve as a General Board Member or on Chapter boards. Individual Member dues are $199 per year.

Complete the application by paying the $199 annual dues fee with a credit card - or bypass payment to print out an invoice to mail in with your payment. Membership will be activated upon receipt of dues payment.
The undersigned applicant hereby applies for membership in MMLA and affirms that the organization or individual accepts the professional standards and will conduct business in conformity with the purposes and canon of ethics of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. The MMLA Board of Governors shall have authority to decide whether an applicant for membership is eligible to be a Member.
Contributions, gifts, or other payments to MMLA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. MMLA estimates that the non-deductible portion of your $199 individual dues is 30%.
Please note: As a member of the MMLA, your name, address, phone number and email address information may be made available to members in the secured section of the MMLA website. Requests for the Published MMLA Member List must be made to the MMLA and a fee may be charged.
