The MMLA WIN Committee is excited to host its first Kentucky Derby Soiree—and everyone is invited to attend! Break out your festive spring attire, hats, and Derby style, grab a whiskey or bourbon, and join us as we celebrate the Run for the Roses together.

Expect a lively evening filled with great conversation, fun games, a bourbon raffle, and plenty of opportunities to connect with friends, colleagues, and customers. Whether you’re a seasoned Derby fan or just in it for the camaraderie, you can bet on a fantastic time. Bring your business cards and cash/venmo for our raffles and prize chances - YOU COULD WIN THIS COLLECTOR'S BOTTLE OF BOURBON!!

There is no registration fee, but space is limited, so be sure to register early and bring your crew!

The MMLA WIN (Women’s Inspirational Network) Committee is dedicated to building connections and lifting each other up across our industry—and that absolutely includes the men who support and champion this community. This is not a "Women's Only" group - Men can participate as well!!  Come ready to mingle, make meaningful connections, and enjoy a memorable evening together.

Fee:  Free to attend! Appetizers provided with cash bar.

NOTE: Event sponsors must be MMLA members.  If you are not a currently a member, your sponsorship will include a 1-year membership for an additional $100 fee

Registrations made and not cancelled by April 24, 2026 must be paid in full and are not refundable. If registration is not paid by the day of the event, or will incur a $10 late fee.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MMLA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by MMLA.

MMLA events are non-recruiting functions! Solicitation and/or distribution of employment opportunities, including net branch/net compensation plans, is prohibited. The penalty for non-compliance with this policy is immediate expulsion from the event without a refund of fees paid to MMLA related to the event.
