Lunch & Learn Webinar - Changes to GSE Condominium Policy

The rules are changing—make sure you and your team are ready.
Condominium lending is facing important updates, and understanding the new GSE requirements will be key for anyone involved in condo financing. Don’t wait until the new requirements are already impacting your transactions to get up to speed.
Freddie Mac is hosting a webinar for MMLA members on the changes to GSE condominium (condo) policy. Under the direction of the U.S. Federal Housing (FHFA), the GSEs have updated their condo project standards and property insurance requirements to support stronger, more financially resilient condo communities while keeping the cost of buying and owning a home within reach. This webinar will be an opportunity to share information and answer questions on the new requirements and implementation
Join us for this Lunch & Learn to hear directly from Freddie Mac experts, get clarity on the changes, and better understand what these updates mean for you and your team. Come prepared with your questions and leave with the information you need to navigate the new requirements with confidence.
